What to do when you have paid but they say you haven't?

Hi,

 

I have just paid off my paycheckcredit (tff) loan it went to NDR even though it was only 2 weeks late and I paid in full using their bank details on Wednesday just gone and I have the receipt from the bank here. However today I receive 5 emails threatening bailiffs, court, recovery agents etc, and demanding the money. I rang and they said there is nothing showing and it may take several days. How is this if it has been paid directly into their account?

Also, the emails now say the debt is much higher than it was when I cleared it due to the extra days and charges.

Any help please?

Bacs payments can take 3 days through the bank, but faster payments are almost instant find out how your bank sent the money.

No I paid it inside the Barclay's bank into their account. They gave me their bank details so I went in and paid in cash.

Anybody??? Had 2 more emails today saying payment unsuccessful and that the balance is now £891. What do I do? When I ring these muppets they just keep saying it may show in a few days. Shouldn't it have been there straight away if I paid it into their account in cash at the bank? What's going on?

The only way to prove u paid is to fax them a copy of payment but then again it has ur bank details on so I'd be wary but it seems like they are deliberatly ignoring ur payment so report them asap now to ts or oft immediatly and pay nothing more
