Hi,

I have done the steps :-) and after about 2 months have been given a court date. Its amazing how many people are scared of doing this and how many think its a waste of their time not to mention the risk involved. I DONT AGREE! It is hard work but I do have faith and am waiting for them to repay me. I dont mind going to court either as I have all the statements proving the charges. However I did get abit carried away and forgot to add interest to the final claim. will I be able to ask for this at this late stage? I'll get on with my reading now!

How did you file?? i.e money claim online or through your county court? If through MCOL you can have your claim amended to include the interest for a fee of £35.00 - ring them up and ask them about amending it - I am not sure if there is a deadline to doing this i.e before a court date is set but worth a try,

Sharon

Good luck by the way!

As Barclays cough up just before the court date, I suggest you tell Barclays, when they do make you an offer, that you now want the interest paid as well or you will still go to Court. They will back down.
