My charges to date are more than my initial claim. Do I have a chance to claim them in court or shall I accept the claim amount Barclays are now offering. I forgot to add interest, court costs and had some more charges since. I just feel hard done by. But at the same time realise that its my fault for being hasty during the inital stages I have been advised to take the money and run. What do you think? If I go to court I must get my bundle in to them tomorrow at latest. Kirsty

Hi, I think this is very important! Barclays today offered me the full claim back. However, the full amount I am now owed is double that due to yet more charges (Im moving house etc) and the interest I didnt add initally. Hi Y'all, Ahh! Ok, I have my court date with Bully Barclays for the 14th December. Please could someone help with a few questions? Can I call Barclays asking to settle out of court? What other thing should I include in the court bundle other that your zip file (thanks muchly - very helpful) and statements? Bit unclear onthe 'personal' section, is this 1 A4 page if writing? I have been charged £220 since putting the claim forward can I mention that in court? Is it worth getting someone to help me prior to the big day? Do I need to send Barclays my bundle before the 1st Dec (2 wks before date)? I am owed £1700 and Barclays know this. Hi, I have done the steps and after about 2 months have been given a court date. Its amazing how many people are scared of doing this and how many think its a waste of their time not to mention the risk involved. I DONT AGREE! It is hard work but I do have faith and am waiting for them to repay me. I dont mind going to court either as I have all the statements proving the charges. However I did get abit carried away and forgot to add interest to the final claim. will I be able to ask for this at this late stage? I'll get on with my reading now! Kirsty
