Yesterday I received a hand delivered 'Notice of Attendance' through my door about a suppossed traffic offence I do not know about, and never new about before today.

The notice gives the client name as Transport fro London. The problem as I said is; I had no prior notice of any traffic offence until today that I got this. Please advise on what I can do and should do in regard to the bailliffs and Transport for London. Should I write to them direct? What can I do to stop bailliffs (JBW) from harrassing me.

pay the fine to TfL?

i'd phone them and ask what it is a ll about

does seem strange you got n oother paparework

have you moved of recent?

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

I moved over a year year ago - May 2010. I have changed my details with DVLA. This is the first ever time I'm know about any traffic offence in London. I have no idea at all.
