I have been in court 4 times over the last few years (non-criminal)

and on each occasion either the solicitor or barrister acting for the 'other side',

has deliberately approached me in the foyer of the courthouse.

At first I did not really believe what happened and put it down to not knowing who I was

but on the second occasion it happened with my solicitor beside me,

she ruffled her papers and the barrister walked away.

On this occasion he walked out from the interior of the court into the foyer knowing where I was standing

and came within 2 feet off my solicitor and myself.

On the 3rd and 4th occasion it happened with a different barrister but I am of the full belief he did this deliberately too unsettle,

un-nerve and intimidate me.

I found it very unsettling and am still dumb-founded that this is going on by court officials.

I wrote too the Presiding Judge, the Attorney General, The Barrister's Tribunal, The Minister for Justice.

The Judge could not read my grievance, the AG had no jurisdiction,

The Barrister's Tribunal are asking for further evidence,

the Minister for Justice is directing me to deal with my grievance with the tribunal.

I have no problem with this and am in the process of furthering what they require.

My main issue for posting this is that none of the above seem to take my grievance as a serious issue.

I do not attend court as like most people only once or twice in a lifetime.

Is this tolerated by our judicial system and if so where does it end.

. on the streets ? down a back alley ? on the steps of the courthouse ?

I would be really obliged for guidance or help with this issue

On the first occasion the solicitor deliberately approached me in the foyer of the courthouse. I know hindsight is 20/20 but I do know now that this was done too unsettle or intimidate me. He deliberately walked up too me, turned on his heel and walked back inside the court. Bot barristers also did the same, 1 on two occasions.

No, on the 2 occasions it happened with my solicitor present she ruffled her papers in her arms s if too shuffle them away but nothing was said. I did ask on1 occasion who the person was and she replied that he was the 'other-side' representative.

You could say that, court is a very sensitive arena but I am under no illusion as too what happened on those 4 occasions. It was a deliberate act too intimidate. As I have asked at the beginning, where does this end ?. I believe that intimidation is a crime and for it too be happening in the foyers of our courts is beyond question; thuggish, outlandish behavior and the only reason for this behavior is to deny justice.

you are entitled too your opinion but this did not happen on just 1 occasion, it happened 4 times. People attending court do so because they have too and I believe its a place that upholds the law off the land, not a place for showmanship or where the legal profession exploits the vulnerability of the public. Is this not what gangs, thugs, criminals do to witnesses ?

But they didn't actually say or do anything to you...
