Sometimes they dont reply,..... they sulk instead....lol (seriously)

 

The management will ensure it goes on the system... They wont want a fine like A4E. (£40,000)

 

Next time your in their offices, watch closely when they log into your file. There will be a pop up box with

 

"Mr ******* has withdrawn consent blah blah blah"

 

If they dont show you, just ask to see it.

To the best of my knowledge it will be the Manager or the senior management, they will make sure its done, simply because its their head on the chopping block if they are found to be in breach of the law and get fined. Their head office will be furious with the management....

its the same in my area, they have 20 staff and you can tell very poorly qualified.

 

Maybe the government needs to take a closer look at their credentials next time around , before shelling out billions of tax payers money

On the plus side, the Government did not waste £Billions by paying the money up front to mere shysters, as part of the New Deal and Flexible New Deal to organisations such as A4E and Working Links, the ND/FND being terminated after the 2010 General Election.

 

However, £Billions are being wasted in indulging organisations of their ilk... including, most recently, Close Protection UK (dumping the unemployed under Tower Bridge - Jubilee Stewards) and G4S failing dismally for the Olympic Security.

 

David Blunkett remains sponsored by A4E, and Former Labour Home Secretary John Reid joined Former Met Police Commissioner Paul Condon on the Board of G4S, and founder of Close Protection UK Molly Prince was a pub assistant who thought that she could make £Millions in transferring to training, and even gained a Criminal Conviction for GBH in the process.

 

I doubt very much whether the system will change, and the Political Class have too much to gain by sustaining a system that may be a nice earner for them once they leave politics - or even before they leave.

Oh right I see, thanks, is it the head office who used to contact my employer, I used to get contacted by the communications office in Birmingham, I take it its then who phoned my employer aswell?

They would just see it as i have put myself at the disadvantage as i have not signed back onto jsa and didnt even send back the form esa sent me about my injury..

 

The fact is though the only reason i didnt send back the esa form and have not yet signed back onto jsa is because of the hatred i have for this company..

 

On my fist apointment back with them after about 6 months from the last i questioned why they had sanctioned my money (well tried) there response was that it was my fault the money was sanctioned end of

 

I was late for my next apointment with them by 24hrs when i arived she said the sanction had been sent, i kicked off and they eventualy admitted that they had't yet sent the sanction and ripped it up in front of me...

 

On my very last face to face interveiw with her when i told her about the 2.5k win she told me that if i hadn't paid for my cscs card out of my own money within 1 month then i was been shipped off to some meat packing plant...

I was still on esa and had not been declared fit for work (still havent been cleared for work to this day)

 

I spoke with a freind who knows some who works in atos and i should have just stayed on esa untill they found me fit for work then made an appeal which could have taken upto 1 year due to backlogs..

 

My leg was seriously broken and i am lucky that i am walking now and have made such a good recovery but it is by no means %100 yet i havent even had any phisio on it because they sg idiots have angered me so much they have hampered my recovery..

 

Well im going back to the docters i think like i should of done in the first place

my temp job is going ok, just looked at the universal job match, wow , they actually want you to say why you didnt apply to a job... and every job you just happen to look at. i created an account and no activation email has been sent and its been a week XD plus there are mostly just self employed and barely illegal jobs on there, rubbish.

i withdrew my consent . The manager wrote back was fine about it. NEVER sign the data protection it will get you in trouble.

forced labour and you have to job search 10 hours as well as doing a 30 hours community service type placement,. fail to be a good slave, and it would mean you get a sanction. Basically they want to criminalize you not being able to find a job.

Hi everyone,

I attended my first Ingeus appointment about 6 weeks ago. This is a short description of my experiences with Ingeus...

 

First appointment:

25-30 minutes talking about myself (NOT MUCH TO SAY!) hahaha. And we talked about my C.V which I then emailed to Ingeus at home.

 

Second appointment:

I turned up at 4pm to be told that my advisor was ill, so I was only at the Ingeus office for 5 minutes. Thanks for calling me INGEUS!

 

Third appointment:

25-30 minutes (seems to be their average time) Well anyway we talked more about my C.V and my advisor had updated a few little bits. He then printed me off 6-7 job centre jobs, which I could have done at home!!!

 

Fourth appointment:

Before I had attended this appointment I had an offer of a work trial from a local restaurant. I had attended an interview with the restaurant on the Saturday, and they wanted me to do a work trial on the Sunday. I bought a black shirt and black trousers, and turned up for the trial on the Sunday. After arriving I was told I would have to work 8 hours unpaid. I refused this offer, as the restaurant manager had told me there would be no definite job at the end of the trial.

On attending my fourth Ingeus appointment and telling my advisor, my advisor was adamant that I should have taken the unpaid work trial. After explaining my situation he began to become slightly aggressive with me and searched his computer for the restaurant phone number. He then passed me his phone for me to call them! His attitude stunk! Ingeus have done F%$K all for me, yet they seem to want to take all the credit for finding you a job. I never phoned the restaurant as I refused due to a small argument I had with the restaurant. But my point is, if I had received a job out of the restaurant Ingeus would have taken full credit.

 

Fifth appointment:

I had another job centre job search (WOOOPIE DOO!). I then asked about travel money due to my friend mentioning I was entitled to it. My advisor then sorted everything out, and apologised for not mentioning I was entitled to it at a previous meeting. I only received £2 petrol instead of £10 for the previous meetings ect.

He said the case needs to be brought up on the day of the meeting, yet they have funding for if you have an interview. So I will have a nice day trip to London which is 250 miles from me! Hahahaha.

 

Sorry to waffle on so much, but I f$%King hate this Ingeus with a passion! They have done nothing for me at all. I used to complain about the job centre. But they actually do more for you than these silly little agencies.

I DONT WANT INGEUS TO TAKE ANY CREDIT WHEN I FIND A JOB! If I find a job, it will be me that finds it NOT INGEUS!

I am trying to figure out how I can sort all the paper work out when I do find a job. I was thinking about filling in my job centre book with:-

Reason for signing off...

Going on a 2 month holiday, or something like that. I don’t want to put down I have found a job as I don’t want Ingeus to get any credit what so ever.

Do you think this would work?

I know a couple of friends whom have been struck this ridiculous program! 2 have the exact troubles with agoraphobia, *lot of difference .. But to listen to their accounts of appointments accurring in days of each other, I must state this is the 1st time I have mentioned either of these friends to which I have their premissions,

Anyways their Treatment has been Based "On getting OUT There" Now I Personally took My Friend to Her GP.

because we're childhood pals+share since childhood, same GP.did I feel able to do this ,I attended the appointment and explained the whole approach. To this distant wreck of My friend, 1 of your forever paitent. I informed him of the possible stress related IBS due to Lack of £ for healthy bowel function aquired for suffers, especially after the 1st attack. As saying goes ye ass last t go!anyways I said all the reasons and depression feelings of nothing ness, all related to what My friend Had collasped into telling me, I wittnessed the actual Point of breakdown N my own home. She had my number f contact from DWP/INGEUS asseccor? Funny had not got her t our GP *t this point???? After nearly 20minutes of repeating her circumstances why her benefit not jsa due to reassessment ? So not being paid.. I seen the glossy eyed rage stare start t slightly flicker/roll, like a 1armbandit. Panic I snatched phone sat her head between knees ,sat her Back,airways check, eventually I heard my words stating the fact of I have actually recoreded the Call and my client seems to Have suffered a collapse! Due t Your incompantance ability in Decent scrupples of Basic Listening to a untype-able"bleep-bleep"and I got a Quik as of hot shovel.. After my friends weeezable moan as speak to her,the gentleman had "found the Info" stated there would be a Payments of either. Hardship/slashed amount in account by next day, was late in afternoon I have to give that. Oh end of convo INGEUS be in touch Bye.

In-what? Anyways doctors-Meltdown-Sick Note. College course she was On Lost. Over-laping sign-on--possible A4e attendance- re-start Appointments. #uestion1 are you interested in gaining math+english GCSE? Reply doin-IT,Read above^.

An I think she thinks these are Help from Mental health type set of therapy,team I think she thinks they Can help with her state of Mind? Very deceptive! On other Hand Advisor has gone all out to get tother Pal Off>Much Needed(my opinion)>Label

Not yet - being "trialled" in 2 CPAs (I think East Midlands and East Anglia). However it is due to be rolled out nationwide in 2013 - seemingly without bothering to assess the results of the so-called trial.

If you want to defer your participation in the CAP you need to check whether you have been correctly mandated to the WP - see earlier posts in this thread.

Just received my letter from ingeus about the I.T course i signed up for. It starts on the 10th dec. Unfortunately i received a letter 2 days ago putting me on the the developing potential in the work place course starting on 3rd dec which is a 4 week course. I want the I.T one mainly because its only 2 weeks but also i would prefer it to DPW one. Clearly people down there don`t communicate with each. I`ll have find out which one im on because i can`t do both at the same time.

They always find spaces though plus the many finding temp work and being sanctioned helps, some staff seem to think they actually help people get work??

Slighty off current topic.

 

Ingeus have rolled out a new inhouse site called Ingeus Works.com

The advisor creates your profile and you log into find jobs that have been searched for each evening and loaded onto your own account. Personally I've found it useless, not as good as Indeed or Trovit. Since the UJ site launched I have had to rely on these engines.

 

Anyone else been given the Ingeus site to use?
