Hello, can someone help me with compiling a writ of fieri facias form?

maybe a template or an example would be great!

i have form HC53DR and have no idea how to fill this in, i have initially applied for transfer to the high court via form N293A which is now stamped by the court, for a debt recovery and wish to send bailiffs in.

Also does the court automatically send the bailiffs or do i have to organise this myself.

Thanks

Your post seems a bit confused so I'll start from the beginning.

I assume that you have a CCJ?

The next step is to obtain the certificate of judgment using the N293A which it seems like you have done.

What you need to do now is contact someone like High Court Enforcement Group (other companies are available ;)) and ask them to enforce the writ of fi fa. All you will need to do is send them the sealed N293A and a cheque for £50.00 made out to HMCTS (you may need to check that the fee hasn't gone up) and they will the do all the work and transfer it up etc and send the High Court Enforcement Officers (not bailiffs) round to collect the debt.

The only problem is that if the HCEO are unsuccessful then there is a fee of around £60 plus VAT to pay and you obviously won't get your £50.00 court fee back.

Hi

Welcome to The Consumer Action Group.

I am just letting you know that as you haven't had any replies to your post yet, it might be better if you post your message again in an appropriate sub-forum. You will get lots of help there.

Also take some time to read around the forum and get used to the layout. It is a big forum and takes a lot of getting used to.

Once you start to find your way, you will soon realise that it is fairly easy to get round and to get the help you need.

It can be bit confusing at first.

Please be advised that my time will be limited for the next few weeks. Thanks for your understanding.
