Hello, can someone help me with compiling a writ of fieri facias form? maybe a template or an example would be great! i have form HC53DR and have no idea how to fill this in, i have initially applied for transfer to the high court via form N293A which is now stamped by the court, for a debt recovery and wish to send bailiffs in. Also does the court automatically send the bailiffs or do i have to organise this myself. Thanks

How easy is it for an individual to apply and deliver a winding up order? is this something that i could do as an individual or should i ask a solicitor to start the procedure as i would hate to get something wrong and the whole process thrown out! Thanks

This is what it says: UPON the application of the parties and the parties having agreed to the terms of settlement set out in the Schedule to this order AND BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED that all further proceedings in this claim and counterclaim be stayed except for the purpose of enforcing the terms of settlement for which purpose the Claimant shall have permission to apply to the Court Schedule The Defendant agrees to pay the Claimant £XXXXXX by XXXX2011 and a further £XXXX by XXXX 2011 in full and final settlement of the Claimant’s claim including interest and costs and the Defendant’s counterclaim including interest and costs in these proceedings. i have a court case coming up but have agreed to settle before going to court with a consent order for payment in two amounts. The first payment date has arrived but no payment has been recieved, now; what do i do? 1) can i re instate my case and cancel the stayed court case, and ask for a new trial date or 2) do i ask the court to take action against them for non payment and how do i do this? or 3) do i ask the court to issue a winding up order for the company? any help please willl be appreciated.

so what happens if i dont ask for this time line? as im not concerned about time limits, or have any idea what i should ask for? i did have a hearing date with one judge, now another judge seems to have asked for this and the hearing date has dissapeared is this normal? thanks

Hi, i am in a court case where im taking a company to court for unpaid salary. I previously filled in an allocation questionaire, now the court has asked for "The parties to file and serve draft directions to be agreed if possible by a certain date" Im not sure what i have to put in draft directions....is it what im actually owed in a list format? followed by a statement of truth? If anyone can help.... an example would be great thanks.
