Ok here is the scenario

 

My OD is 200.00 Im at 180.00. DD paid by bank for 50.00 taking me over my OD by 30.00

 

They allowed DD to be paid, charged me for going over OD then charged me 30.00 per day till i get back into my OD limit. Can i claim these charges?

in your signiture it shows that you have already gone through the beginning stages... so you should know this by now!!

 

and this is your brothers account?? does this mean that you are doing it for him?

 

good luck anyway and i hope i answered your question. if not...

 

you can claim back o/d charges wether they pay it or not.

if you get charged £20, or whatever it is you get charged and for whatever reason, it doesnt cost the banks that much to pay it, so until they come out and tell us how much it costs them then we will still claim.

Thanks for the reply, nuch appreciated. Yeah have already gone through it but i didnt have an OD on that account so it wasnt an issue with my claim. Yeah im helping brother claim his back, he very sceptic, even though i won and have the evidence (letter from Halifax) framed on the wall lol
