hi all,

i was out of work for 4 months and missed by personal loan payments during this time. now back in work hsbc have provided me with a "personel finance assesment form". i am wanting to set up repayment but have been asked to provide pay slips, employer details. i dont feel confortable in doing this. where do i stand? am i legally bound to give these details?

But it would be a good idea if you did. I think that more you act reasonably and cooperatively, the more leverage you will have later on

HI,

i have been asked to provide these details from two of the creditors i have accounts with, does anyone know where i can find a template to send to them which politely but firmly explains that i have provided mroe than enough information for them to either agree or not agree to the payment i have offered?

As you can tell i am not that great with wording stuff so would appreciate it if someone could help me out.

Thanks,
