hi there, ive just come across this site and need some advice. i took out a load from paragon in 2006, £30000 over 10yrs, but within the year i sold my house and went to pay off the loan and was told i had to pay and £40000 back. i rang and told them today and told them i wanted to claim back, which they said my ppi was still valid and they would be in touch with an amount. im just wondering what i will be entitled to back.

sorry it got very busy yesterday

now

do you have the agreement?

then we can work out what they owe you.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

hi there, no sorry, we sold the house and moved to australia and i got rid of all documentation. i didnt realise any of this until a friend told me. when i rang them they had all my details and just said yes the ppi is still valid on that loan. the girl said she would pass the claim over and they would get back to me with a figure. i suppose i could ring and ask for a copy of the agreement!!
