Hi all,

this is my first post and requesting help for this matter.I was issued a ticket for travelling on london bus for fare evasion. The matter was disposed of by means of a warning letter the following day when I met the tfl officerand explained the situatioin.I am due to apply for a job now which needs CRB and disclosure.

my question is do i need to declare this to my employer?

Will this appear on my CRB check?

Is this same as caution/police caution?

ps help as am worried.

thank you all for going thru this post.

have a read of a few threads in this forum

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Although you've been given sound advice anyway, I'll say the same as they have, just so you are less worried futher still.
