Hi all, another update and a question as to my next step.

The phone calls had stopped, but for some reason they started up again today. The exact same number calling.

What would be my next step?

 

i've sent them a request for a signed agreement (which they couldnt provided)

i've sent them a cease and desist letter regarding phone calls and doorvisits (they stopped for about 7 days, but started again today)

They sent me a reconstitued true unsigned copy of the agreement saying they where under no obligation to provided a signed copy.

I have finally managed to obtain the last 6 months transactions.. some months have 4 charges.. :Z which are:

It seems strange they are applying more than one Admin charge to the account per month

What barstewards

 

I haven't had an account with them, but have the recent misfortune of having to deal with them when someone opened an account with them in my name using my old address They are such lying barstewards as well.

 

Hope you get this sorted. It is disgusting that she has paid back the debt and a hell of a lot of interest, yet they are still harassing you for more. Them sending an unsigned credit agreement is just funny - as if, Studio

Chilli Peppered. I know the same thing. I have had roughly the same happen to me but studio flagged it.

 

I moved house in august 2005 sent EVERYONE we was dealing with letters, recorded delivery, a month b4 saying that from XX please send all statments orders etc to new address.

 

I opened a studio card for a few small bits about 8 weeks later. 12 weeks later the new tenants moved into the propery 16 weeks later l tried to place a new order with all the correct detail and got told that l had moved. Explained when the account was open etc. said right not me close the account and l will send payment.

 

They closed the account and l paid up. Opened a new account 2 years later.
