Hi everyone, when sending the CCA's out do you really need to send a postal order with the request? Can you not send a cheque and also who would you make the postal order/cheque payable to, cahoot, santander, santander cards plc etc?

Thanks in advance!

postal order is the safe way because with a chq they could lift your signature and find out you bank details so never give bank details to a third party

Finally if you succeed with your claim please consider a donation to consumer action group as those donations keep this site alive.

Sorry I can't take credit for any of this, this is all down to a team of guru's who are trying to balance out some of the injustices that exist out there, it's all about enpowerment and knowledge, then theres folk like me who try to contribute.
