Hi there all, we too have been stuffed for charges by Abbey, we have 3 a/c's and we ordered and received statements. Charges for all a/c's totalling £2547, sent prelim letter off, received standard "sorry we will investigate ....." letter. Last week they wrote back making goodwill payment of £210 on joint a/c £20.00 on hubbys a/c and nowt on mine!!!!!! where to next please?

Hello, I'm pretty much at the same stage as you. If the 14 days are up on the prim letter, then send the Letter Before Action (LBA), don't forget "registered".
