Hi everyone

I have just asked capital one for all my statements for the last 4 years they were very good actually and send them to me within 4 days.

I was shocked when I went through them and found out that they had been charging me late payment fees even when I was not lat paying and also charging me £20.00 when I went £5.00 over my limit.

I have now sent them a letter today asking for £906.00 back so hopefully I will have a reply shortly.

Abbey - £700.00 I was offered £60.00

Halifax - £2000 I haven't heard anything yet

HI Seashell

To accept or not to accept is realy something only you can concider, you can get good guidance and advice on here but the nitty gritty of the claim and its clauses is something only you can decide on. There are some good results on the forum, and it does get a bit nervy as you go through. have a sleep on it a few days have a good read of the forum, and then decide.

BL:)
