I've just read the notice at the top of the thread. What will this mean for me? Do I continue as normal or sit it out. Oh I wish I'd gone to court in January! eeek.

Many thanks for that. I was going to send another LBA as my last LBA was back in January and I didn’t proceed to Moneyclaim at that time. In light of what was announced yesterday should I still send another LBA or should I just file a claim now?

Again many thanks for everyones help. I’ve stalled before as I got nervous and all your advice is helping me no end :D

hi there stranger, just file now, they've had 6 months to consider now, so it's time to act, leaving it so long won't have any adverse effect on your claim.

Yep, file now. Use the new POC from the templates library and file at your local court.

  • 2 months later...

I am going to make my court claim tomorrow (can't believe i haven't done it before now!!!) and I have just been trying to familiarise myself with the process again but I’m getting muddled. Can someone please tell me which POC I should be using.

Is it this one in the FAQ’s – www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/25457-guide-reclaiming-bank-charges.html?garpg=10

Or this one??? www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/107596-new-poc-n1-lloyds.html

I’m pretty sure it’s the second one but was just reading a thread that pointed to the first one so in my muddled state I’m getting even more so!!
