Hi,

After I sent a default letter to a creditor for failing to send me a true copy of the credit agreement I recieved a copy of an agreement that is undated by the creditor; the date section is blank. There is unreadable date stamp under the creditor's signature.

Bearing in mind they sent it to me in response to a letter I sent them a default notice informing them the limit had expired that the debt was unenforeable and there is no date etc where do I stand with this?

Any advice / info / suggestions is appreciated.

Thanks,
