Over 6 years ago I had a debit card with a large overdraft facility of £6000 They have sent me a sort of agreement from or application form do you think this could be unenforceable as it has no interest rates on only a signature

Any chance you can scan it, removing your personal details, so we can look at it?

I dont have the facility to scan unfortunately but have received more letters saying that because this is a debit card it is enforceable and there is nothing i can do about it
