Hi there guys,

Trying to defend a case and counterclaim not DCA but similiar ****. Got the allocation questionnaire and my counterclaim is for just over £3000 and they are claiming for under £1500. Do I have to pay the £35 fee for the allocation questionnaire (it isn't proceeding just on the strength of the counterclaim as best as I can tell) or does the other side pay as it seems to suggest on the HMCS website? It seems a bit confusing although I am easily confused at the moment as there is so much going on :(

Many thanks,

Kay

Thank you very much Supasnooper. Having a read through now. Can't wait for this to be over it is such a massive waste of my time fighting these idiots for money that they haven't earned and have a claim to simply because of a signature.
