The POC specific to Capital One is the last in the list I believe. Read it through thoroughly as some of it will need amendment to your specific situ.

 

A bit surprised more experienced Caggers, especially those with successes against Fapitall One, have not pitched in at this point though.

Just a little update to complete this thread because I used to find it really frustrating when threads were left without any conclusion.

 

This was statute barred in August 15 and the default was dated 12th Dec 09 and it has now dropped off my file!
