MBNA say in this letter and are also saying to my solicter that i have contacted them recently! The last time i contacted MBNA was before i sent AQ forms in:mad: So i dont know why they are saying i contacted them recently,I have had nothing to do with them since solictor took my case on! Its weird that letter says otherwise!

  • 2 weeks later...

Looks like MBNA have been taking lessons from Crap1 and their DCA's doesn't it. I am sure that they all must compare notes and switch round to different tatics every now and again to try and confuse and puzzle us all.

Did they send a copy of the aledged agreement with it ? and is it enforeable with all the required terms as required by the CCA ?

Glad to hear that. I thought they may be letting the side down.... it's a wonder they haven't industry standardised it so they all do the same...

I got a Lloyds Tsb one going and they are different still, they don't know what an agreement is, they think its a monthly statement... silly me... I have to beleive them because they always tell the truth.... ha ha...

Hi Keefyboy

All they sent was that crappy application form they always send!,You ask if it is a properly executed enforceable alleged agreement! Can pigs fly! LOL I am waitiing to hear if they have responded to judges directionswhich they should have done last week but you know Restons and their last minute surprises they like to spring on people! so you never know what they will try at last minute,Dont want to give away to much on this thread at moment because of trolls!but lets say i think my solictor got their measure and is used to Restons little games! If they carry on and loose they could end up paying my solictor a hefty fee! a lot more than would have paid a LIP:D
