Hi molly,

If/when Lloyds submit a defense (usually on the 11th hour), they submit it to the court. The court will forward you a copy, and depending on the solicitor Lloyds are using, they may send you a copy too.

You will then receive an Allocation Questionnaire through from the court. Information on the Allocation questionnaire stage is available in the FAQs and bank templates library :)

They are also invalid under the Unfair Contracts Terms Act 1977 s.4 and under the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.Para.8 and sch.2.1.e.

...

I'm using the template Martin3030 gave on page 1 of this thread, and just wondered what 'sce.2.1.e' actually meant? Is it short for 'sub section' or something?

Hi,

i am 2 days away from the deadline that Lloyds have to submit their defence.

i went on to moneyclaim on friday and on the page that tells you the claim status (this is hard to explain) it gave me a link to click on saying "ask for judgement"

however this morning it now just says "defence"

does this mean that they have submitted a defence and if so, then when will i get it??

what happens now?

aaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Hi Molly,

Yes, "defense" kinda implies they have submitted a defense ;)

The Court will send you a copy of Lloyd's defense along with an Allocation Questionnaire in the next few days. Nothing to particularly worry about, this is standard proceedure for Lloyds claims in every case to date. You can read up about filling in an Allocation Questionnaire in the FAQs and Bank Templates library.

Lloyds solicitors, depending on which bunch you have, may also send you a copy of the defense.
