I have been told that I should do this as I have over £3000 to claim back.

You really need to read the FAQS section before you start.There are loads of templates and advice here but you do need to read the FAQS section before you begin.

ok I know that people are having probs navigating as its a little slow.

As a one off I will answer .......but you still need the faqs as outlined.

 

You can go back 6 years.

Start with a letter asking for statements a sar request

If you KNOW the figures then start with a prelim letter asking for it back.

I would strongly advise you from proceeding any action until you are familiar with the whole process........mistakes now could cost you later
