  1. Can you claim charges back from Catalogues? I have an account with Freemans Catalogue and was wondering if you can claim back charges? Can anyone help me
  2. When I am putting the figures in the left hand side. Interested charged date etc and the balance (which is always showing money in the bank) so there is no interest charged!!!!!!!! The left hand column there is nothing adding up in it!!! HELP

  6. I need HELP!!!!! I am trying to fill in the spreadsheet. I am wanting to send my first letter to then bank but it asks for the interest to be put on it. Which spreadsheet do I need to use as I have looked at the advanced on and don't really know how to fill it in. If anyone has a sample of what they have done that would be brilliant. Thanks
  7. I have started the ball rolling. I got my bank statements last week and I have just sorted out the letter and charges now. I am stuck!!!!!! This is the bit from my letter:- What I require I calculate that you have taken £3,216-00 plus £ ????? which you have charged me in overdraft interest for the sum which you have taken. TOTAL £ I enclose a schedule of the charges, which I am claiming with this letter. In the bit bit that says plus £????? which you have charged me in overdraft interest do I put the interest from the spreadsheet in there? Some on please HELP!!!!!!!! What to get it off today if possible. Thanks Tracey
