Hi

 

I recently followed the standard procedures for claiming back Credit Card Charges from 3 banks. 2 folded and paid up... However the Co-op Bank is contesting the claim (which is for

 

They will legal firm in Manchester fighter for them... While I have no legal help and a very limited knowledge of consumer law!! Naturally I have read "Small Claims Procedure: A Practical Guide" and the OFT ruling on charges document before I started the action...

 

I could really do with some advice now as feel I am likely to lose this claim!! HELP!! :eek:

Thanks for the interest mate.

 

Actually I am about to send off my Notice of Issue form, to my local County Court, to accept their payment of the full amount (inc. court costs)!! :D

 

I guess the solicitors letter is an automatic thing to give them more time to pick apart (they hope) the POC. Unfortunately (for them) I had my claim very carefully set out.

 

Thanks again to the Consumer Action Group POC's documents. They did the trick for me!! :cool:

 

Anyway that's my 4/ 4 claims settled with a very satisfactory outcome for me.
