To be honest I'm inclined to agree with you that it would be best to let them take you to court - at which time you will produce proof of payments having been made. Also I think you now need to write a letter to the FSA (enclose copies of the correspondence you have had with Blemain) asking them to intervene on your behalf (this will also help the judge if the case does go back to court) If you need help with the letter, please let me know.

Hi, yes if there is a suspended possession order they can ask for a warrant of execution - however, you would defend that by entering a form N244 at court to get a hearing to stop the eviction and also to put the judge in the picture regards the way they are behaving. You can apply on an N244 form to get a hearing at any time not just if there is a warrant issued. If you need help with an N244 please let me know.
