It also has interest @ 24.68

but APR @ 28.4

Make Sure You Fill In Claim Number, Court, Etc At The Top

Enclose The Charges

 

Any Probs

We Can Ask The Court To Alter The Defence Later

Print Off Two Pages Of The Defence

Make Sure One Is In Your Name And One The Other Half

Staple Each One To The N1 Claim Forms And Return To The Court In The Same Envelope

 

That Way Only One Special Delievery Is Needed

From the court I received a N1 claim form (CPR Part 7) and attached to this was the POC, the sales invoice, credit agreement Bill of Sale and the LBA. Do I have to return this to the court??? Or is it the form N9B Defence and Counterclaim ??? do I attach it to that??

Can you check your posts 165 and 168 the charges seem to be different and the dates are not right.. I think the correct dates are 12/3/07 -7/1/09???

this was once used for the plaintiff

and now has to be ammended for defendant

 

yes change the dates and ammounts also also

 

the main thing is to get the defence sent off today

 

these minor things can be ironed out later

 

dont want you to get a ccj by default
