Hi I recieved my request for my CCA today from MBNA although it took over the 12 days I eventually got it.

Could someone have a quick look to see that it all looks in order and if I will have to start to make payments again. Thanks

Hi is the copy they have sent you of the "agreement" as difficult to read as the copy you have posted if so then they have sent you crap. The copy sent or if submited to the court must be readable this is not.

The copy of the agreement is quite difficult to read but I suppose you can make the words out if you really try

The part on the reverse of the agreement down the right hand side http://a.imagehost.org/0659/img026.jpg is unreadable though. Does that matter

Hi...

looks like MBNA have a'bundle' system going on, I received basically the same.

The Request is not signed and dated by MBNA, although this could easily be remedied.

In the signature box, the statement...are we agreeing to be bound by the Agreement, or the Consumer Credit Act?

On reverse, Terms have been provided but 'conditions' agreed to are...where?

Also, if the t and c's are the same as mine, there is no mention of any default or penalty fee, should a payment not take place...?

Does not say 'Credit Card Agreement'...

Is a 'Request'...?

Grey areas, many questions...

Hi just been reading some of the t&c on part 3a of 3 it says "If you break the agreement you must pay the following default charges: £0 each time that your payment has not reached your account in cleared funds by the date your payment is due.

Surely this also means all the £12 I have been charged can be reclaimed. I know this anyway as have done with other credit cards but is this what they are saying in the t&c here

Sorry for butting in but your letters are exactly the same as I've been sent.

My agreement is very small even with a magnifying glass

Under key information 3b middle coloum states

Details of other service charges are set out in section 4 ? Not on agreement page ?

I have also now been sent current t&c today

Could someone please help ?
