Hi cbradley , welcome to the forum ........:)

There have been very few claims paid at the moment, because they are 'stayed' by the courts awaiting a ruling on the OFT test case ....

However, I would say if you want to start a claim - go ahead ......it's thought that the ones in the court sytem will be dealt with first when the dam bursts ........

So , here are a few links to get you started :

I don't know which Bank you're with , but it may be better to start another thread in that bank's forum -and I'll try to get a moderator to transfer this thread when we know.........

To start a new thread go to the relevant bank's forum and select the 'NEW THREAD' button at the top or bottom of the page........

Best of luck - come back and ask if you're in any doubt - someone will answer........and we're a friendly lot on here :-)

Thanks for the info

I have received the last 6 years statements and have now written to the bank (RBS) to claim this money back, no response as yet.

Still finding my way round the forum so will hopefully post on the correct forum next time :)

Ah , right I know what stage you're at now , cbradley. So if you haven't heard from them 14 days from your first letter send an LBA .

If you'd like to start a thread on the RBS site, you're more likely to get ongoing advice than on this thread .... and we can transfer over these posts from here.........:)
