you are not going to like this... you are not seeing references to web addresses. you are seeing what were web addresses (URLs) with full stops taken out. it is called 'munging'. just copy a 'reference' and paste it into the address bar of your browser, replace the spaces with full stops and press enter. then the magic happens.

Learn something new on this forum every day! Thanks :)

Even if the ticket itself was worded correctly, surely it can be challenged on the basis that the contravention did not occur. Based on the photo, exactly what is the obstruction?

It's not worded correctly which is the legal point. Yes, appeal on everything though because the ridiculous allegation of obstruction is semi legal and good common sense. it can be useful to do that but I don't want to say why yet cos I new here innit, lol.

Hi Guys

I am sorry I missed a lot of the last posts...

Good News, I got a letter from East Sussex County Council:

Thankyou for your letter dated... bleh

I have investigated the isseu of the Notice and noted your comments

Due to Inconsistencies / lack of info in the notes made by the Civil Enforcement Officer at the time the Contravention Occured, I am unable to pursue this matter and have, therefore, on this occasion, cancelled the PCN

Yay!

Big thanks goes out to you guys and you robin for the first reply!

FYI I never did send the photo to them but they sent me 5 :-)
