It states it happened 'yesterday' when it was the day after. But no times is correct

I guess my best defence is the fact they do not state you can walk away from the site and they are not the landowner. Sounds promising. the signs in the car park do mention the leaving aspect. Or does that not matter as it is not stated when you enter?

Thanks Json. i expect a lot of threatening letters. My only worry is I don’t get a CCJ against me if they try to take me to court. I am going to follow advice from here as you guys seem to be used to this. do they eventually step down and say something along the lines of ‘as good faith this time we decided to drop the charge...’
