Some advice required please.

I defaulted on a Halifax Credit Card; they obtained a CCJ April 07 and have put a charge on my house.

I have obtained a copy of my CCA and it’s an application form with none of the prescribed terms, my default is made up of late payment charges and PPI charges.

What I’d like to know is there any chance of me getting this back to court to defend, after reading lots of threads on here I’m not sure if or how I take this further with Halifax?

Ultimately I’d like to get at least the charge removed from my house, if the default and CCJ were to go also that would be a bonus.

Just out of interest, did you sign up for the PPI, and can they prove you did?

There's a tick in the relevant box for PPI, I was persuaded to take it out. A few years ago I rang to cancel it and was again persuaded to retain it.
