Hi

Just wondered if anyone has any advice for me?

I have ordered a sofa from a small company firm, they have been around since the 50's and have 2 shops. Im a little concerned though that they may be going out of business and the sofa that i ordered which should have arrived this week is now not due until the end of June. I had to contact the firm myself to find this out.

I just wondered where i stand if they do go broke and i dont get my sofa?

I have paid £500 deposit on my debit card and have signed a credit agreement to pay the remainder by Feb '09.

If anyone can help or has any suggestions please let me know! Thanks!:?

What have you heard that gives rise to the belief that they are going out of business?
