Hi All

Was just wondering what makes a Hire Purchase Credit Agreement unforceable or forceable?

Can anyone have a look at these from Welcome and tell me if anything is a bit dodgy about it.

We are just waiting til the end of next week (time runs out on the 9th May) to see if they respond to our CCA letter we sent (signed for on the 21st April) and wanted to know if there is anything they may want to hide.

Thanks for your help.

Kind Regards

Going by Welcome Agreement (2), it looks like it might be enforceable :(

Should get others opinions thou.

Terms and conditions aren't on the same page , and those are some vicious charges. Maybe someone who knows about missold insurance or high APR/ charges could have a look...

We had some fun with Welcome, they refinanced hubby's original finance agreement when he fell behind and being ignorant, we went along with it.

Good luck with them and don't let them try and refinance anything.
