Is a Company in any breach of any part of the Data Protection Act by responding to a SAR 6 months after asking (with only partial documentation)?

 

If so, what action could be taken as a result? I'm guessing I couldn't get a claim thrown out for this?

You could seek compensation through legal action, and / or raise a complaint with the information commisioner
