DCA Solicitor's Duck Hunt

A big-city DCA Solicitor went duck hunting in rural CAG Land.

He shot and dropped a bird, but it fell into a CAGer's garden on the other side of the fence.

As the DCA Solicitor climbed over the fence, an elderly CAGer asked him what he was doing.

The DCA Solicitor responded, "I shot a duck and it fell in this garden, and now I'm going in to retrieve it."

The old CAGer replied, "This is my property, and you are not coming over here."

The indignant DCA Solicitor said, "I am one of the best DCA Solicitors in London and if you don't let me get that duck, I'll sue you and take everything you own."

The old CAGer smiled and said, "Apparently, you don't know how we do things in CAG Land.

We settle small disagreements like this with the CAG Land Three-Kick Rule."

The DCA Solicitor asked, "What is the CAG Land Three-Kick Rule?"

The CAGer replied, "Well, first I kick you three times and then you kick me three times, and so on, back and forth, until someone gives up."

The DCA Solicitor quickly thought about the proposed contest and decided that he could easily take the old CAGer.

He agreed to abide by the local custom.

The old CAGer slowly walked up to the city fella.

His first kick planted the toe of his heavy work boot into the DCA Solicitor's groin and dropped him to his knees.

His second kick nearly wiped the man's nose off his face.

The DCA Solicitor was flat on his belly when the CAGer's third kick to a kidney nearly caused him to give up.

The DCA Solicitor summoned every bit of his will and managed to get to his feet and said,

"Okay you old coot, now it's my turn."

The old CAGer smiled and said, "Nah, I give up. You can have the duck!"

Not at all red. An experienced diviner can still read them. If I can't, our webmaster can read most languages, and tea is one that he finds easy.

Am NOT sure a topical satire constitutes a Thread does it??

The myth will be...who has enough English blood flowing in their veins, when it comes to putting their hands in their pockets for the 1st round, without cutting themselves on the barbed wire!...:p
