Hi Jon,

I phoned MCOL and the court - nothing on the system about the Counterclaim - have sent them an email asking to confirm this fact. The only thing I can think of is that it has been a mistake - From reading French Williams thread, the fella who was dealing with all this at SC&M was on holiday when our defences got sent etc. I can only assume that the person covering has ticked the wrong box!

Cheers,

Homer

Jon700, how mch is it your are claiming for?

I have to make my moneyclaim today, I'm wondering if they have a minimum limit at which they decide to defend their case all the way to the last minute.

Marlow - mine is only tickling £420, and they a dragging that one out. I think these lot are the most obstonate of the banks!

And that is because I belong to them! Believe me when I say I can jinx ANYTHING. If there comes a time when the banks find a way out of this, it will be now I'm claiming. :(
