Hello all

Am about to initiate a claim against NW.

However, I have an overdraft (whcih I can pay off if they turn on me) and also quite a large loan. Would they be within their rights to demand full payment of the loan (just standard T&Cs I believe) or is that contracted for the set period?

Thanks for any advice

Stan

There is a possibility they may close your account, which means you would have to pay off the overdraft. But the loan is a seperate agreement and will not be affected.

Good luck!
