Hello, on the 9 May 2015 I bought a Asus laptop that is working perfectly but it has a noisy (to my ears)operating system. I am an Audiophile so the computer has to be more quite than it is. I took it back after to Argos after 2 days and explained that it was to noisy for me as I play Classical music and there are a lot of very quite parts. To be far I don't think there is anything wrong but it's just a little to noisy. The lady did listen to it and said that it was the operating system and so could not get a refund. In law is it possible to get a refund do you think. Regards Paul.

I've received a speed ticket, via a speed camera. I have a named driver on my policy, and it was he who was driving the car. The form has asked me to name the driver (no problem to name him), but also wants his driving licence number, which I don't have, and he's not willing to give me. I'm not going to name myself as the driver, as it wasn't me who was driving. What do i do? Surely they will chase the named driver at his address (which I will provide to them)..is this so?

Dear forum members, I am wondering what sort of national and/or European transport regulations apply to Eurotunnel. Following a delay of around 1h30 on a Eurotunnel train recently (on a journey of 30 minutes), I complained to the customer service by comparing the service that we experienced to the transport rules stated by Regulation 1371/2007 (regulation on rail passengers' rights and obligations). Although I did obtain a (small) compensation, the customer service states that Regulation 1371/2007 doesn't apply to Eurotunnel. For any future Eurotunnel problem, I would like to know whether this statement is true, and if it is then what are the transport regulations they need to stick to? I have been searching for the answer of course but can not find anything. The Eurostar website does mention it but not the Eurotunnel's one. Thank you in advance.

Hello, I recently took out a payday loan with poundaccess (wish I didn't now), I would like to speak to them regarding setting up a payment plan however I am finding it impossible to get a response from them. I have sent numerous e-mails over the last week with payment proposals however I have had no response. I have also tried phoning them however it goes through to answerphone after a short while due to "high call volume". Their site has also been down for several weeks now apparently due to maintenance. Is anybody else in the process of dealing with poundaccess and have they had any luck contacting them recently? Cheers
