Hi, I'm new to this and forums, so forgive me if I've put this in the wrong place. My ET1 was accepted. The employers submitted an ET3. Due to 'an administrative error' (Employment Tribunal's phrase), there has been a very long delay between my being physically attacked by my employers and the submitting of forms by them and the employers. I have literally just received the hearing and due process dates and today I have received a letter from my now ex-employers' solicitors, asking for an unbelieveable amount of information, that I would have to get together by this coming Monday. It would take me more than three days under perfect circumstances, but I am on new medication, from the GP, and have been referred to crisis intervention and a psychiatrist, as well as other health care professionals, as in their words, I am very ill, due to the stress of the attack, incidents leading up to the attack, subsequent court case and continuing intimidation and threats. I am too ill to get this replying information in this time frame. How do I word an email to the Employment Tribunal people, to ask for an extension, to get myself together enough, to answer all these questions? I am also suffering side effects from the medications and clinical depression. Also, I have been asked by the tribunal people to describe my disability (also present at the time of employment) under some kind of regulation rules. Do you know how I do this please? I take about ten medications to maintain my hormone levels, including Metformin as I am pre-diabetic and I am diagnosed with Bipolar Affective Disorder, which is triggered by things like stress, including someone trying to kill me. At some point, I will post a full explanation as to what happened, but I need to first remove the stress of being expected to answer a whole heap of intricately detailed questions by Monday. Thank you for taking time to read this; I hope it makes sense (it's hard to concentrate at the moment) and if anyone answers, I thank you, in advance, for your help. If possible, I think I have to ask for the extension today. C

I know this isn't on the right thread for ebay postings, but I can't find any other way to post a message on here. I apologise if this causes problems. As an ebay user for many years and having 100% positive feedbacks and numerous satisfied customers, I have had enough of ebay's total disregard for fairness. I recently sold an item, the buyer paid and after receiving the item, it would seem that he changed his mind and deliberately damaged the item saying it was like that when he received it. I disputed his claims and ebay took his side without hearing my side of the story. The item concerned was a ring and when we took it to 2 separate jewellers, they both looked at it through their magnifying thingies and told me what I had suspected that the buyer had filed the top of the stones in the ring. We have excellent professional photographs showing just that. We sent ebay these photographs along with our dispute. They have now paid the seller what he paid me and are now looking to me for reimbursement to them. If anybody else has had bad experiences with ebay I would be most interested. I am not a happy bunny !

I'm applying to have my address kept from the Register under Insolvency Rule 6.235B. The lady from CAB tells me she thinks the fee for this is around £40 but that a Judge is unlikely to approve it as in reality few people are allowed to have their address kept off the register. I fled a DV relationship 4 years ago and my ex managed to find me up until 18 months ago when I last moved. I've managed to keep my address from him successfully to date here and really want to continue keeping it from him. I know it would affect me mentally if I felt he could find me. Apart from my own witness statement stating what happened, I have a letter from my GP who supported me during the relationship, while I was in a Refuge and after and she asks that my address be kept secret. Is the CAB lady being unecessarily pessimistic as to my chances of keeping my address off the register or am I likely to be successful? I'm so worried about it. I know some people apparently don't proceed with BR once they know their address cannot be kept secret and they are worried about DV, but I have no choice really and have to proceed and just know that if the Judge says no I will live in fear the whole time.
