  1. If you look at the contract it is signed by SIP as Landlord and SIP as operator. You need to check with the Local Council who pays the non-domestic rates and if it is SIP car parks. Also check with Land Registry that SIP Car Parks are the Landlord. There was a major case in Manchester where one of the judges held all cases until SIP could prove they were landlords as the DJ thought there was something suspicious. Result is not know as the case was only a few days ago - so it will pay you to check, There is a chance that SIP Parking only supplied signs as shown in this article. See this article https://www.nottinghampost.com/news/local-news/company-boss-awarded-1200-after-737025
  2. Send an email to the Parish ([email protected]) and let them know you have a ticket Ask them 1. Is there a Parking Places Order on this car park or has it been lawfully withdrawn 2. If there is and it has not been lawfully withdrawn, why is AS Parking issuing tickets on site Come back when they have replied.
  3. This is a car park with an issue that has not been brought out yet. It is owned by the Parish and has a Parking Places Order on it. The Parish continue to use the "we can use what we want" argument but there is significant doubt over this. Suggest you appeal stating the above and see what he says. At the same time check whether the DVLA Keeper database has been accessed. Suspect not as doing so may lead to even more issues
  4. If you go to Google Street View for Headlam Road, on the wall of the building is a sign that says there will be parking charges issued I'd put the link up but my post count is too low. Someone may find it for you. Park Direct appear to be used here as it is Council Housing rather than Council Highway. You'd be best not to park there again unless you understand the terms. With regards to the other ticket you should appeal this to Park Direct. You can send a pic of the sign high up on the wall as there is no way anyone can read the terms and agree to them. They will disagree but you should win at POPLA
  5. I would also add that you can complain to the BPA and the DVLA too. The contract that NGPM have with the DVLA to get keeper details has this clause Clearly they (and DCBL who are BPA Members) are in breach of their (KADOE) contract so the BPA/DVLA should be made aware.
  6. Just to add, we have a few more of these. All the same. All relate to either Cardiff Retail Park or Talbot Green. AFAIK, they are no longer at CRP but all of this is being passed to Cardiff Trading Standards. Any more send them there.
