Hi and thanks for the replies I'm claiming back some tax paid on a ppi refund. its for this tax yea,r and yes does show on my calculation I have overpaid tax. thanks sunneydee

Hi I'm self employed, I have filed my return on line and after checking they had received it on my account it is saying pending bank repayment of................................. does this mean they will pay my refund directly into my bank account, its been like this since last Friday. I didn't request a repayment it has automatically done this Thank you sunnydee x

hi received a letter to day from my local council saying they have receive my request, I need to make a £10.00 payment and show some ID. They will then forward all information.. SO... does this mean the should send the so called footage. Thanks Sunneydee -

Hi everyone I need some of your expert help please, so here goes. My hubby was standing chatting while in town, he had a cigarette and when finished smoking it stubbed it out and put it in his pocket. Seconds latter a environment officer issued him with a fixed penalty of £75.00, Hubby asked why, he replied I have just seen you throw the cigarette over the fence. My hubby replied I didn't here it is, and showed him the stub The officer replied I have you on camera, but would not show the footage. We have written an appeal letter stating all the above, What can we do next or what will there next steps be. Thank you sunnydee x

Hi Yes!... Thanks for that, Iv received one of the the redress offers from pinacle this morning, this was refinanced in 2005 (i think) all that is listed is a sub-total, very confusing. So i will be asking for a full break down on how this figure was reached. sunnydee x

Hi I have 6 loans with GE Money GE have admitted respnsible for 4 loans and cardiff pinnacle have admitted responsibilty for 2, they range from 2002 to 2004 I have another i with ge money awaiting a decission and 3 with Aviva. sunnydee x

Hi Its taken 3 years of GE Money and Cardiff Pinnacle passing from one to another, had enough so contacted the C E dirctly, result within 10 days. Can I also mention I originally contacyed the C E of cardiff pinnacle and they also admitted to the mis-sell and responsibility of a G E money / first national policy. I should have the redress some time this week. Im requesting a SAR tommorow, Will keep you updated and thank you for the excellent infrmation. sunnydee x

Hi After 3 years battle with GE money they have just finaly admiited to the mis-sell of PPI on a secured loan. I have received a redress but no calculation of how the have worked it out. Because they refused to pay out on the ppi 4 years ago it caused arears on the account which at the moment are still paying back. Now they have admitted the mis-sell can I put a claim in for charges added to the account because of the arears and default charges, and other amounts which im not sure about. Many thanks sunnydee x

Hi Just wondered how you have got on with you claim? I have found this thread very intersting and dont think im hijacking it. After 3 years battle with GE money have finaly admiited to the mis-sell of ppi, they have now admitted to it. Would the above letter be ok to reclaim unlawfull charges defaults etc approx £17,000 it may be more. this is without adding the interest. Many thanks sunnydee
