:( yesterday i recieved a call from Barclays Litigation team (forgot ladies name!) who mentioned she had recieved my last letter i sent them recently, this was a bit of a surprise as when i sent the original one 14 days ago they didn't seem to want to contact me.:o

 

What they have said is they intend to apply for a stay on all cases until the OFT case has been dealt with in January 2008, i mentioned the the person that depending who won that case could see it going further to appeal and the house of lords!:(

 

it was pointed out to her that iam still continuing with my court action as this is causing undue financial hardship.

 

which gets me to my next point as Barclays are intending to apply for a stay how do apply for it's removal on grounds of financial hardship?:confused:
