It didn't go that well, Barclays showed up with a dweeby looking soliciter. There were 50 claimants V Barclays to be seen. After a short delay the first person went in and came out and left. Then the Barclay's soliciter started taking people into an interview room. When it was my turn he advised that Barclays were not going to settle anything but were going to move it from the multi track court system to the Fast track system.

The judge called 10 of us into his office and reiterated what had been said and that all 50 of us that were there would be in court on the 4/12/07.

It will be seen by a higher judge who has the power to set a precident with his decision.

Are Barclays the bank that likes to drag this out? October 06 i started this process. Are they really prepared to take 50 cases to court? all 50 cases will be judged at the same time as the legal arguments from one are the same as anothers. All of this hassle to probably be paid out on arrival at the court. I believe there is no chance that it will be seen by a judge.

Andrew
