hi can someone help me I need template letter for replying to proposals for payment to dca because I received a copy of my cca and they need me to reply to them with my proposals for payment so I need a template letter to start with. also I am unemployed and my payment proposal making small monthly repayment .

are you happy the CCA is correct? many are not.

 

just write them a letter with your proposal [i'e £10PCM for 12mths then you will review the situation.],i would also inclose a budget planner list [in the templates are or the spreadsheets are] and then just start paying it, regardless of what they say or write back to you about. [which they will always say not enough you must pay XXX amount!]

 

keep paying your promised amount without fail [internet banking is a goodway!]

they willl look pretty silly if they take you to court, the judge will just laugh it out the door.

 

there are Co. that will help you if you wish, they are free, CCCS, Payplan etc etc.

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
