I am claiming bank charges from HSBC. Gone down the MCOL route. Northampton CC transferred case to my local court. Today I received an order from my court which states '' Before deputy district judge........sitting at .........county court ( next line) Upon neither party attending it is ordered that the case be transferred to ................. county court to be listed with other Bank charges cases.

Is this a new ploy by the courts , what does it mean and what happens next . Is there anything else I should do or just sit and wait.

I have written to DG solicitors twice but had no reply.

Any advice / help would be appreciated.

just saw another one - did you post this somewhere else -

is it going to leeds?

i think when the local county court gets a bit back up - they send them to larger - sometimes merchantile courts - like leeds. it's nothing to worry about - they will probably be looking at a rather large group all on the same day - similar to what happened here:BBC NEWS | Business | Judge attacks 'time-wasting' bank

scroll down to the leeds bit and read it.

you'll just have to wait now for any instructions from the new court as the when and what and where..
