Personally I would think its too early, usually a month before is the limit.

 

It depends who you speak to at Barclays as well, some will tell you its 2 weeks, others will discuss. I supose it depends on who is dealing with you at Barclays and how busy they are.

I didn't even have a court date when they settled. Krysta advised me to phone her when I received a copy of their defence and ask to settle out of court which I did and they did. Sent back agreement last Friday by fax and the money was in my account by close of play.
