Hi,

About to send my prelim letter for reclaiming charges but cannot work out overdraft interest (if there was any) as Lloyds didn't send me complete statements, just list of charges and the dates they were made to my account (so obviously cannot fill in advanced spreadsheet to work out any overdraft interest). Is there any other way I can work this out??

The figure that they owe me isn't that much so should I just complete the simple spreadsheet and claim back whats actually been taken from my account in charges and no more.....anyone else done this.

Don't want to do things incorrectly and mess things up if/when it goes to court. Any suggestions or advice ??

You can only claim back overdraft interest if you can prove that the charges you were recieving caused the overdraft.

As for you small claim, no amount is too small, its your money not theirs. My claim was only £430

Thanks for the replies. Am sending off Prelim letter tomorrow with "simple" spreadsheets for all my accounts with Lloyds. Have now added up all my accounts charges and it comes to around £1000. If it goes to court will also be adding the 8% as set out on spreadsheet.

Have posted new link warning people when sending Lloyds Subject Request Letter to make sure they request statements so they dont get same problem I have.

Reading everything I can as fully expecting this to go to court !!!!!

Thanks Again
