Currently struggling with LLoyds. Was hoping cash would come through in time for me to issue court thing with HSBC.

Money not come and I should have gone on money claim and started court process with hsbc 4 weeks ago! But could not afford to do it. I have rang them numerous times and they promise calls back.

Is their any other letter I can send them until I can afford to take them to court. They have had the LBA and promised on the phone to sort an offer..... but nothing?

Anything I can do?

Please help, im losing it on all fronts..

Hi lee,

Did you know you may be exempt or get remission from paying court fees?

Click the links here to learn more - then maybe you won't have to wait.

INFORMATION ON FILING IN COURT

Fees

You can apply for an exemption through the court when you file your claim so it is worth a read and if in hardship, worth applying.

If you choose money claim - you will have to pay the normal fee. The N1 at your local court just as simple. So your choices are -

Money claim online - OFFERS NO FEE EXEMPTION

5. Money Claim On-Line (MCOL) Particulars of Claim

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/site-questions-suggestions/71369-getting-mcol-right.html

N1 at your local court. Preferred - fee exemption allowed.

4. Particulars of claim - N1 - hard copy version

You would lodge your exemption form at the same time as lodging your N1.

Happy reading and all the best with your claim! Post back if in doubt.

look up battersea cassie in the search line across the blue strip above the forum (starts with user cp on the left) go across to search and look up her thread - she decided to write a couple of letters before filing and got her money - the letters she did are there.
